IS THE BUSY BOX A MOVING COMPANY?

No, the moving is up to you! However, we do have relationships with some local authorized moving companies that we can recommend.

ARE YOUR BOXES GREEN FRIENDLY?

Yes, our boxes are made from 100% recycled Polypropylene plastic.

ARE BUSY BOXES CLEANED BETWEEN RENTALS?

Yes! Between each rental the boxes are cleaned in a two-step process. First, we remove any loose debris by blowing the boxes out with high pressure compressed air. Next, the boxes are thoroughly hand cleaned and sanitized after each use using eco-friendly biodegradable cleaners.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF MY BOXES?

Yes. Upon delivery, we will need you to sign The Busy Box rental agreement. Upon pickup, we will need you to be present while we count and inspect your Boxes.

CAN I KEEP MY BUSY BOXES LONGER IF I NEED TO?

Yes, call as soon as you know that you will need them longer than your initial rental period. (Must be at least within 48 hrs. of rental end)

DOES THE BUSY BOX RENTAL COVER BOTH DELIVERY AND PICKUP?

Yes, pickup and delivery are included in The Busy Box rental price.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apply Pay Google Pay, Facebook Pay and Others. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your Busy Boxes.

DOES THE BUSY BOX SERVICE LONG DISTANCE OR OUT OF AREA MOVES?

At this time, we are not able to offer long distance moves. You must be using boxes in our designated zone.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM THE BUSY BOX PRIOR TO MY DELIVERY?

Absolutely! When you first place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Then, we will call to confirm delivery details the day before. Plus, we’ll call you the day prior to your scheduled pickup to confirm those details. If you need to make any modifications to your order, delivery or pickup, don’t hesitate to call!

HOW BIG ARE THE BOXES?

Weight Capacity of 75lbs. Exterior dimension 28.55 in. L x 19.61 in. W x 15.27 in. H. Interior dimensions 23.5 in. L x 14.5 in. W x 13 in. H. Snap on Lockable Lid. 27 Gallon capacity. I ORDERED TOO MANY BOXES, CAN I BE REIMBURSED FOR THESE UNUSED BOXES?

Unfortunately, no. While The Busy Boxes are in your possession, they are considered rented, and the rental fee will be charged.
